Pest Control Service – We offer either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly pest control service. This service will eradicate all the following pests: ants, beetles, cockroaches, crickets, earwigs, grasshoppers, mice, moths, rats, silverfish, wasps and yellow jackets.

We offer treatments to rid your property of fleas, spiders, bedbugs and honey bees, pigeons, as well as live trapping of raccoons, squirrels, etc... to be released into the wild.

We’re leading the way to a pest-free environment. What does that mean? Well, it means that we will not only service your property to rid it of all unwanted pests, but we will also find out where they’re coming in from and consult you on what it will take to fix the problem. Sometimes it is nothing more than a garage door that doesn’t shut all the way; other times it might be from some rotten wood that is attracting and harboring pests. Frequently Asked Questions - General Pest Control 

Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?

·         Yes, on general pest control services, we guarantee that you’ll be satisfied with our work or your money back.  On termite work, we don’t have a money-back guarantee because of the chemical is costly.  Once treatment is rendered, we can’t retrieve the chemical.  But we guarantee that we will follow all state regulations as well as product labels and do the work that it takes to effectively control termites.

What are your qualifications?  Have you been professionally trained or certified?

·         Yes.  Our pest control expertise dates back since 1990, having been extensively trained and certified.  We also continue to educate ourselves, staying on the cutting edge of technology through continuing education courses in pest and termite control.

If I do not see any pests, can I skip a service?

·         This is not advisable.  In order to keep pests controlled, it is essential that you do not skip a service.  We cannot guarantee our services if not allowed to do our job as outlined in the contracts.

Is treatment harmful to pets?

·         For the most part, no.  Be assured that we will not apply hazardous chemicals in an area where children and/or pets will be able to be contaminated by them.  Should we be using one of the few chemicals in our arsenal that are harmful to people or pets, we will fully instruct the property owner/manager as to the safety instructions that must be followed.

Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?

·         Yes.  We offer monthly, every-other-month and quarterly pest control services.  If you prefer not to have a maintenance agreement, we also offer one-time treatments that are guaranteed for 30 days.

If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment for that pest problem, will you come back?

·         By all means.  If within the guarantee period, there would be no extra charge.  We pride ourselves in friendly, competent and effective service.

Are you insured?

·         We are fully licensed, bonded and insured in all areas of pest control service whether it's for commercial, residential or industrial properties.  Please feel free to ask us for a certificate of general liability that will also include our workers’ compensation and auto insurance coverage.
