What is your service guarantee?

We offer a 30-day service guarantee on all our services. If you feel that one of our pest control services has not remedied your pest problem as it was presented to you, you may call on us to come out again until the problem is taken care of – at no extra charge. The guarantee is valid from the day the service is performed and covers all customers.

Here at Pied Piper Pest Control, Inc., we usually have a 24-48 hour service turnaround. We understand that pests like roaches, ants, and rodents are not only intimidating, but they can potentially put your family’s health at risk. If you give us a call before noon Monday through Friday, one of our pest control experts would be happy to service your home for pest control, within 24 to 48 hours. Free Estimates may take a little longer.

We understand that the ever-changing weather of the New Orleans area and the large amounts of humidity that we experience brings in larger amounts of pests than our neighboring states. To keep your family fully protected, our services are guaranteed to rid your home of all pest problems.

Office hours are: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday 24/7 Customer Support Line: We now offer 24/7 customer support because we understand that problems don’t always occur between 9 and 5. Call us at any time to address any issues and help put you at ease. Service hours – at your convenience. Our appointments are generally from 8am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday; but don’t hesitate to ask us for an appointment outside of this time frame, as we like to try to offer a service that is convenient to your needs.
We offer pest control services to the entire Metro New Orleans area.
Our system software uses SHA-256 with RSA Encryption and all credit card payments are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
We don’t take the trust you’ve put in us lightly. With us, you can expect personalized attention from the most highly trained and professional technicians in the industry. All of our technicians are State of Louisiana certified and are trained in safety and professionalism in the pest control industry. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the results of our services, we promise to come back to re-service your home at no additional cost.
Our conditions are clearly listed on each of our service contracts, and may differ from contract to contract depending on the type of service you are needing.
