We had a termite issue in our walls. After I called in a mild panic, Jeff spoke to me about various scenarios we would deal with at 8 pm on a Saturday night. He came out the next day (not just a Sunday but Father’s Day) to give an estimate. While looking at the walls and under the house, he sprayed as a courtesy, not to stop the colony, but to at least delay them. Although they were priced out of our budget, we were very impressed with his promptness and willingness to meet our needs.
